Mechanics

  • Frequency: 1hr x 2wks (min. 12 hrs)
  • Initially face to face, then face to face or video
  • No min. experience necessary (look for what you want)
  • 1st session should target 10+ Skills Growth Backlog gap review

Terms

  • Free
  • Open and honest
  • Willing to learn
  • Must show up for each session
  • Either party can terminate at anytime (recommend 3 session commit then review)
  • Commit to action/outcomes of each session
  • Contribute learning back to the mentor programme
  • Must provide feedback on mentor
